Delivery Service

‧Purchase over HK$800, enjoy FREE EF Locker delivery service, SF express Store location and residential/office delivery service. If the product size does not fit for the EF locker, residential/office delivery service shall be arranged.

‧If purchase under HK$800, extra fee of HK$80 will be charged (not applicable for special areas). 

‧All delivery services apply to Hong Kong only.

‧No free delivery service available to Outlying Islands, Restricted Districts or area not reachable by vehicle. Extra fee will be charged and our staff will contact you after placing an order. 

‧Please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before placing an order. 

‧If tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above, or black rainstorm warning signal is issued on the scheduled day, Delivery would be re-scheduled and re-announced.


Delivery Procedure

‧The order cut off time will be 09:00 am, delivery would be arranged on next day onwards if an order is placed after 09:00 am.

‧Delivery process in Hong Kong would be completed within 14 days after placing the order under normal circumstances. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time will be rearranged.

‧Our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holiday), 09:00am to 18:00pm. The delivery time will vary from different districts and NO specified date and time can be assigned.

‧Orders made after order cut-off time on the day before public holiday, or during holiday, delivery date would be postponed accordingly.

‧For security purpose, BODYCARE would not leave the goods unattended or keep at Management Office. Please accept delivery at designated time as we will try our very best to make the delivery on time. 

‧Before delivery, our team will contact you for delivery date and time confirmation. 

‧For new user registration, please fill in the delivery address and contact information correctly. Check again before placing an order.

‧Delivery location can be residential or office address.

‧If the goods could not arrive the destination on time due to bad weather, our staff would contact the customer for rearrangement.

‧Customer should follow the policies of courier at the same time. BODYCARE will not be responsible for all disputes between courier and customers during the delivery. Goods responsibility will be on customers once goods are given to the courier company.

‧BODYCARE reserve the right or revising delivery arrangements, terms and policies without prior notice. If there are any disputes in delivery, the terms and policies on the date confirming the order shall be the final.

Shipping Note

‧SF Express Delivery Service: Our company is not responsible for loss or damage of parcels. 

‧If the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time, we will rearrange the second delivery and extra additional fee would be charged.


Bulky Goods Delivery

‧Free delivery for chairs, Geriatric Chairs and other bulky items.

‧If the delivery truck cannot reach the building main entrance OR if the delivery address is out of reach by lift or elevator, in which our staff need to make delivery by stairs, additional fee will be charged.

‧All additional fee, administration fee and storage fee will be charged by our delivery staff. All fees must be paid by cash.


Changing Delivery information

‧All items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
