‧All items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

 Repair and Maintenance Services

‧We provide repair service for products with maintenance card or official receipt issued by Bodycare only. Please make appointments in advance and bring along the products on your own to the following location. (Not include any personal items, consumable products or any defective caused by accident, misused or natural disaster)

(We reserve the right to refuse any services without appointment.)

Monday ro Friday:

9:00am-1:00pm

2:30pm-6:00pm

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday OFF

Terms and Conditions

Products within the Warranty

‧Customers shall present the following items for confirmation:

1.     The defective product
2.     Official receipt issued by Bodycare

‧We reserve the right to refuse services for any absence of the above items. 

‧Repair service normally takes 7 to 14 days and depends on the situation. 

‧Repair and Maintenance Services may not be provided if:-

-Any defective caused by accident, misused, abuse, liquid contact, fire or other external factors;

-Appearance change, including but not limited to stains, fade, scratches and concave surface of area etc.;

-Depreciation / ageing by time;

-Any wear and tear or scratch caused by human damage, negligence or not following the user guide;

‧No repairing service will be provided if the product or component is discontinued or out of production.

 

Products out of the Warranty Period

‧We will try our best to assist if the product is out of the warranty and the customers still want the repair service or components replacement, however any relevant expenses will be charged. Please see details as below:

If the warranty is expired, the customers must be responsible for the checking, repairing and components expenses. All expenses would depend on the actual situation. 

‧No repairing service would be provided if the product or component is discontinued or out of production.
