Piezo-type & focused-type ESWT
- The principle of the piezo-shockwave is that a focused shockwave is generated when a high-voltage (5kV – 7kV) pulse is applied to a piezo element for a short period (1-2μs). After the shockwave is generated when a high-voltage (5kV – 7kV). It drops exponentially and shows a short negative pressure.
Piezo-type ESWT technology
- Piezo elements have a geometric structure in a concave shape to generate shock pulses for 1-2μs when short high voltage pulses are applied. Piezo element are precisely designed so that the generated shock waves can be concentrated at specific points. This technology provides a precise and sophisticated focus are and provides painless treatment without making noise. The energy can be adjusted freely with little effect on the size of the focus area.
Gel Pad
- It transmits the piezo-shockwave and adjusts the shock penetration depth.
- There are eight kinds of penetration depth ranging from 5mm to 44mm, making it possible to provide treatment accroding to the depth of the human body.
