Niki is a recognised expert using Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, Radiofrequency, Shockwave and medical imaging technologies. He has his own Studio Physiogym Physiotherapy Centre and is specialised in hand rehabilitation & neuromodulation therapies.

He conducts medical seminars and rehabilitation trainings as well as live demonstrations for professionals in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. He has also collaborated with professional World Cycling Teams, including Bora-Hansgrohe, AG2R, Cofidis, Lotto-Soudal, and Katusha Alpecin.
